what is leadership..
well the best definition i have come across is that leaders create more leaders..and often i have wondered whether i am capable of being one.. reminds me of my college days when opne prf told me seeing workng veryu hard for a job that i was god worker but not a good leader..well though it hit me hard but i guess he was right..though i feel it is equally importtant to be a good worker.. now after some thinking i feel leadership becomes important when what you think is differeent than most others otherwise whether you are a leader or follower hardly makes a difference..and yes leadership comes naturally when you are convinced of your thoughts and actions and know what you are doing..
